Description
WW2 Issued civilian gas mask and cardboard carrier with its canvas type outer carry case in good used condition. The outside of the cardboard case shows age and is marked to Dad with his name underneath.
Gas mask is dated 1937 and maker marked for B W & M Ltd 1937 this can be seen in the photographs. The gas mask has its cloth straps in place with one side having lost the buckle to feed the strap through the box does contain another set of straps.
The rubber parts of the gas mask are still pliable with no cracking with show age related wear showing. The canister does have a small ding which again has been photographed.
It is sold purely for display purposes it is not to be worn under any circumstances.
