Description
WW2 German K98 bayonet and scabbard in good used condition. The bayonet and scabbard have matching numbers 5233.
It is maker marked for fnj Coppel Gmbh and dated 1943.
The bayonet is in good used condition with the pommel and cross guard shows age related colour with some of the blued finish still intact.
It has its original wooden grips in place with the blade still having 90% of its blued finish.
The bayonet is military marked on the pommel.
The scabbard is dent free and showing good age related colour it has its military mark on the ball.
The leather scabbard is in good used condition with a makers mark and dated of 1938 showing, it has had its straps removed.
