Description
WW2 German M42 Heer single decal steel helmet in good used condition. The steel helmet is marked ET 62 for Eisenhuettenwerke Thale A.G. with a lot number of 2392 . The steel helmet retains 80 % its original factory finish with some age related wear showing.
It has its original factory fitted liner in place which has supple leather and is in good used condition showing signs of use. The liner pins are tight and untouched with one a little proud due to age related wear.
The single decal is 90% complete with some wear showing this can be seen clearly in the photographs.
It has its leather chin strap in place but no makers details are visible.
