WW2 Homefront factory government issued first aid box and contents in very good condition. The grey painted tin has the Kings crown with a makers mark of G Eastgate & Sons Ltd 1942 Birmingham stamped on the side of the metal case, the metal case as a good hinge with most of its grey painted finish intact and showing some age related wear to the top. The contents of the metal box are as follows, seven large round dressings some dated 1939, seven triangular bandages, three medium dressings dated 1939, three large pack dressings dated 1930 and one small dressing dated 1930. One iodine Boots bottle dated 1942 three loose bandages, one thermometer Boots in packet with government marked scissors and one elastikon plater tin. The contents are all photographed and when packed into the tin fill it completely. Please see the photographs for further details.
