Description
WW2 Omega W.W.W wristwatch and NATO style nylon strap in good used condition. The W.W.W wristwatch is in its original condition with the dial and hands in original to the watch.
The W.W.W wristwatch has had its military markings removed from the back of the case and the black dial. The watch was sold to the civilian market after being de-commissioned from the military service.
The military details of the watch are still present on the inside of the screw back case and can be seen in the photographs. It is marked with W.W.W then the serial number of 10665457.
It is clean and shows signs of use. The movement is numbered 10297505 which dates the watch to 1944 and marked Swiss made.
Omega and Timor were the only two makers of the W.W.W range that actually produced them in time for use in WW2.
The watch movement keeps excellent time and has been serviced with the service marking still visible on the inside of the screw back case with the military details.
