Description
WW2 British army light weight gas mask and haversack in good condition. The gas mask is in good condition with the rubber mask flexible it is maker marked and dated January 1944. It is a size normal and although this item is being sold for displayed purposes only.
The strapping is all in place with the back pad marked for Waring and Gillow this is also dated 1944 with the war department arrow. The screw on filter has the war department arrow along with the date 4th February 1944.
The light weight haversack is in good condition with its shoulder trap in place this is also dated 1944. The maker is Waring and Gillow with the date 1944 and war department arrow in place.
The haversack contains its packet of eye shields dated 1944 with the eye shield in place all in good condition. The rubber mask is marked URP.
