Description
American M4 bayonet and scabbard in good used condition. The bayonet has some age related wear showing with signs of use.
It is maker marked for Utica on the cross guard with its issue marks. The pommel has a starburst peen tang.
The leather grip is in good condition with the bayonet retaining most of its factory finish with age showing.
The fibre scabbard is marked USM8 with the maker B.M Co having a webbing belt loop and metalwork fixing.
The M4 bayonet came out late in ww2 and was produced into the 1950s.
