The letter is dated for 1941 on the 6th September, the letter is from the Regional Commissioner South Eastern Regional Office Bredbury Tunbridge Wells Kent. The letter is marked secret with the letter being about cylindrical unexploded bombs, the letter is from the Principal officer and sent to all A.R.P controllers. The letters show
