  WW1 IMPERIAL GERMAN M17 STEEL HELMET

  WW1 Imperial German M17 steel helmet in good used condition. The steel helmet has a makers mark for ET size 66. Maker mark ET is Eisenhuettenwerke Thale A.G. The steel helmet has its three liner rivets in place but the liner is missing. It shows age related wear with at least 50% of the original painted factory finish still in place.   WW1 German field gun trench art shell case in good condition. The brass shell case is dated 1906 and un-decorated. The brass shell case has good age related colour to the brass case. The markings on the shell case show it was made 1906 by Patronenfabrik Karlsruhe these markings are faint to see clearly. The brass case has the inspection stamp AFM M17-18. It has the

  WW1 IMPERIAL GERMAN IRON CROSS 2ND CLASS MAKER MARKED K

  WW1 Imperial German iron cross 2nd class in good used condition. The medal comes with its replacement ribbon. It is maker marked with the letter K on the ring. The medal is three part construction with an iron core. The iron core retains its black painted finish with the outer frame showing good aged colour.
