Description
WW1 British army H Williamson Ltd military issued pocketwatch in very good working order c-1914. The dial of the watch has some age related wear showing with the original finish intact.
It has the issue number on the dial 97708F. It can also be seen on the back and side of the watch showing it is all original and complete.
The watch has its original hands and crystal in place.
It keeps excellent time for a watch of this age losing a few minutes in 12 hours. All watches are bench tested but are not intended for everyday use, it is sold as a working watch only.
There is adjustment on the movement if required.
It has a seven jewel movement marked warranted English which has been given a full service.
The case of the watch is made by Dennison and has a screw top and bottom cover and retains is nickel finish.
The case has one minor ding and is in good condition.
