Description
WW1 French trench art shell case coal scuttle in good condition. The shell case is a 75mm brass shell case dated 1917 and marked 75 DE C D.252L.17R.
The coal scuttle has had the base cut into a pattern and has been made to a high standard with nuts and threaded bolts with a key type bracket on the base .
The brass has good age colour and is 19cm long and 10.5 cm high it weights 1.3KG when packed
