Description
WW1 Remington 1907 bayonet and scabbard in good used condition. The bayonet was issued for November 1915 with the bend test mark and the war department arrow.
It has various inspection marks and was re-issued in 1929.
The bayonet has its wooden grips in place with the pommel and cross guard still having some blued finish showing.
It’s blade still has the factory finish intact with age related colour showing in places.
The Remington scabbard still retains its brown finish to the leather. The metals fittings are tight with traces of the blued finish showing and age related colour coming through.
It has the war department arrow with an inspection stamp on the leather.
