WW2 British army large shell dressing in good un-used condition. The shell dressing is marked for the war office and army medical department it is maker marked for Robinson & Sons Ltd Chesterfield with a date of September 1941, the shell dressing is complete with all its contents in place the thread keeping its closed has come away this can be seen in the photographs.
