Description
WW1 British army five pocket leather bandolier in good used condition. The bandolier has supple leather and is complete with all its brass fittings and leather straps and securing straps in the pockets. The bandolier is maker marked for Martins Birmingham with a date of 1914 this can be seen clearer when holding the item than the photographs would suggest although the markings are still quite faint to see in the photographs. The five pocket leather bandolier was used by many different parts of the British army throughout WW1.
