WW1 Officers private purchase spurs and leather strapping in good used condition.The spurs still have their nickel silver finish intact and are maker marked J Evans with the date 1918 below,the details are only on one of the spurs but you can clearly see they are a matched pair.The leather strapping is complete but it has had some repairs at some point in time to the stitching and a replacement lower strap on one side.The leather is supple with good age related colour to the leather finish showing a nice dark brown patina.Please see the photographs for further details.
