WW1 officers binoculars and leather case dated 1916 in good used condition.The case is in very good condition with very good age related colour to the leather it is dated 1916 and has the arrow war department stamp.The leather case also has CASE No2 PRISMATIC BINOCULAR C R Brinsley 1916 and comes with its shoulder strap in place.The binoculars are marker marked to Ross of London 1916, still with their original painted black finish intact and very well marked,the optics on the binoculars are good and can still be focused giving a good clear view.The black leather finish on the binoculars does show age related wear caused through use with the leather neck strap in place,this has been photographed.All parts show age related wear but to find a set as good as these would be very hard to find.Please see the photographs for further detail.
