German early M33 SS dagger and scabbard in good condition with some light restoration.The dagger is in good condition with some light restoration to the blade and scabbard the maker is E.P & S which is for E.Pack & sons Solingen, the blade has been cleaned all be it very lightly it still has some cross graining showing with the acid etched maker mark and motto still clear to see in the photographs. The silver nickel fittings are a good fit to the handle with which still retains its colour with the eagle and roundel a very good fit to the handle and as per the photographs, the cross guard has the number 1 stamped on the back of the guard which again has been photographed the cross guard and pommel show signs of use and age with condition good.The handle does show age with some marks to the handle caused through age and use although it is free from any fractures and splits. The scabbard has been re-finished which can be seen in the photographs this was done professionally but does have a small area that has rubbed which again has been photographed, the scabbard retains it original silver nickel fittings and screws, the end of the scabbard does have a small ding which again has been photographed. The dagger and scabbard are a good addition to any collection even with the light restoration work that has been completed still a very good display item.The item is for UK sales only and you must be over the age of 18 to purchase so please remember to enter your date of birth on your registration.
