Description

WW1 08 ptn small side haversack dated 1915 in good used condition. It is maker marked for M.E Co with the date 1915.

It has a faint war department arrow just below the makers mark .

The haversack has a 08 ptn shoulder strap which has markings.

It is marked M.E.Co but the date has worn away to much to make out. The shoulder strap is complete with age related wear it has one brass end which shows good colour and one end the brass tab has been removed.

The haversack shows age related wear with good aged colour to the brass fitments, the haversack has no faults with the stitching and only one area on the back that is a bit thin.
