Description
WW1 1907 bayonet and scabbard in good used condition. The bayonet is maker marked for Wilkinson with the issue date of September 1916 below the Kings crown and 1907.
It has the war department arrow with the bend test mark and inspection stamps.
The pommel and cross guard retain most of there blued finish with age showing in places with the Canadian war department arrow on the pommel.
It has a full length blade with a very nice factory type finish showing.
It retains its original wooden grips.
The leather scabbard is in good used condition and comes with a tear drop frog stud.
The scabbard has supple leather and with its metal fittings tight to the leather and with the fittings showing age related colour with remains of a painted finish.
