Description
WW1 American P17 Winchester made bayonet and scabbard in very good used condition. The P17 made by Winchester is a rare to find bayonet the bayonet is in excellent condition with the bend test mark showing with the flaming grenade and a inspection stamp on one side and the Winchester mark in a circle on the other side. The blade still has its original factory finish in place and the pommel and cross guard still retain the blued finish along with the original wooden hand grips. The scabbard still retains most of its original finish with it being marked for Jewell 1918 with H E on the other side the top and bottom metal fittings are tight with just one small rivet at the top being slightly loose but still in place.
