The top shell cover is dated January 1917 with the markings ST and HL this is removeable from the main shell case.   WW1 IMPERIAL GERMAN SOLDBUCH DATED 1914

  WW1 Imperial German Soldbuch in good used condition. The Soldbuch are for Johann Bunk who was born 1887 on the 4th October in Prussia 1st service from 13th October 1909, he served with the Fusilier regiment 37 and was awarded the Iron cross 2nd class which was back issued to Breslau 2nd August 1914. Pre-war pay was drawn with the 51st Infantry regiment October 1913

  WW1 Imperial German court mounted 2nd iron cross and Hindenburg cross with swords in good used condition. The 2nd class iron cross is maker marked on the ring with the letter S it is a fine example which is three part construction with an iron core showing age related wear. It’s iron core retains some its black finish and shows good age related colour to the outer
