Description
WW1 Officers binoculars and leather case in good used condition. The leather case is complete with its shoulder strap it is marked A M with the kings crown above it is serial number 6E/293.
It is supple with a good colour to the leather finish with just one small area where the stitching has come away this has been photographed.
The binoculars are 1917 officers field glasses they give a good view and focus they do show signs of use and some age related wear.
Leather neck strap is in place.
They are also marked A M serial number 1449 they have the war department arrow.
Maker details Sharwood & Company London and the date 1917. The binoculars show age related wear through use.
So the 1917 binoculars have been re-issued to the R.A.F in an Air Ministry case.

Victorian silver nickel buckle and leather belt in good used condition. The leather belt shows age with signs of use with the belt having had a couple of score marks to the leather finish they are only on the surface with the belt still complete and useable for display.
