WW1 1914 dated five pocket leather ammunition bandolier in very good condition.The bandolier is maker marked and dated 1914, the maker is Hepburn Gale & Ross Ltd which is faint but can just be seen in the pictures.The bandolier does have other marks which i believe to be post war South African police again they can be seen in the pictures.The leather is supple with all its fitments in place and showing very good age related colour and wear,a very fine and rare example for display in any collection.Leather ww1 items are becoming very rare to find and this is a very nice ww1 item correctly marked and dated.Please see the photographs for further detail.
