Description
WW1 British 18 pound trench art shell case in good condition. The brass shell case is dated 1914 and marked souvenir there is a floral design over a fish scale finish. The brass shell case has been shaped at the top and up from the base.
The markings on the shell case show it was made April 1916 by Alco. The brass case has the war department arrow with many other inspection stampings.
The brass shell case shows age related colour to the finish.
