WW1 Canadian prisoner of war card in good used condition. The German prisoner of war card is dated 17th June 1917 and is to confirm that private Dean Emery Salem service number 135125 has been taken prisoner and is detained in a German prisoner of war camp. Private Salem enlisted in Toronto on the 15th July 1915 I have his service history on a PDF file which s part of this lot and will be sent by email to the purchaser, private Salem was listed as missing on the 9th May 1917 and then confirmed as a POW on the 31st August 1917 all the details are clear to see in his paperwork which cover every part of his service history and contains 56 pages of details. The card does have a written message and details showing which have been photographed but due to age related wear have faded slightly but can still be seen, please see the photographs for further details.
