WW1 1907 bayonet and scabbard in very good used condition. The bayonet is maker marked for Sanderson with the Kings crown and marked 1907. The bayonet was issued for November 1915 it has the bend test mark and various inspection marks that have been photographed with the war department arrow. The bayonet was re-issued in 1920.

The bayonet has its wooden grips in place with the pommel and cross guard still with a good percentage of the blued finish intact the pommel has the letter N for Naval issue. The blade of the bayonet has been blued it looks great with some age related wear to the end of the blade and some scabbard scars caused through use. The blade is full length and in good condition.

The scabbard is the tear drop frog fitting with the metal fittings showing age related colour and a good percentage of the blued finish still intact. Both metal fittings are tight to the leather scabbard which is supple and has all its stitching in place. The leather scabbard has the war department arrow showing with the date 1915 just below and on the otherside it is marked H.G.R Hepburn Gales and Ross with the date 1915 although this is faint to see.
